Good E-reader, long shipping

I ordered the AiPaper Reader a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, and I got a confirmation email pretty quickly. It took a full 9 days for the device to arrive, which felt a bit slow for a domestic shipment. Once I had it, setting it up was easy. I bought an AiPaper for note-taking and general reading. The device itself is pretty good for the price; the handwriting-to-text feature works better than I expected. Delivery took about a week to get to my place in California, which is acceptable but not super fast. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about connecting to my cloud storage. My main gripe is that the battery life, while good, isn't quite as long as some competitors I've tried. Still, a solid purchase overall.
