Good E-reader, long shipping

I ordered the AiPaper Reader a few weeks ago. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, and I got a confirmation email pretty quickly. It took a full 9 days for the device to arrive, which felt a bit slow for a domestic shipment. Once I had it, setting it up was easy. The e-paper display is really nice for reading, very easy on the eyes. The build quality feels solid too. The electromagnetic stylus that came with it works well for highlighting. I appreciate the focus on a distraction-free experience; it really helps me concentrate.

Decent value, room for improvement

I bought an AiPaper for note-taking and general reading. The device itself is pretty good for the price; the handwriting-to-text feature works better than I expected. Delivery took about a week to get to my place in California, which is acceptable but not super fast. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about connecting to my cloud storage. My main gripe is that the battery life, while good, isn't quite as long as some competitors I've tried. Still, a solid purchase overall.

Consistently good devices

This is my third purchase from Viwoods, I upgraded from an older AiPaper Mini to the new AiPaper. Each time, the process has been pretty smooth. The devices always deliver on what they promise – excellent e-ink displays and reliable performance. Their protective folio cases are also a solid buy. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.
